For anyone thinking of doing self custody and are worried about tech skills, don’t worry. I just done a self custody course with the team and they hand held me right through all 5 calls. They were very calm and relaxed in assisting me through even the most basic steps without judgement. They succeeded in helping me understand and use the cold card exactly how Tony says “as easy as making a cup of coffee”. Theyre training later proved to work not only protecting me from a loss of funds with the cold card hack with the extra security steps but also with my ability to now move it back to and exchange, no stress. Through this time the team contacted me a numerous amount of times from as soon as they first heard of this attack. They made sure with urgency that I never lost my funds, thia was after my course and they still contacted me with urgency. They then went on to offer a FREE rebuild course which was absolutely not expected. The team of people I dealt with were all fantastic and I can not thank and recommend them enough. So a huge thank you to the team at the BTC way! You guys are awesome.
